Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

📦 Blind Date with a Book

Due to the mystery nature of our Blind Date books, returns based purely on personal preference (for example, disliking the genre or already owning the title) may not be eligible for a refund once the book has been unwrapped.

If your book arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Faulty

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

To be eligible for a return, Blind Date books must be:

  • Unopened

  • In original wrapping

  • In resaleable condition

🎁 Other Products (Bookmarks, Grims, Accessories)

Non-book items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • They are unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unwrapped Blind Date books

  • Used items

  • Custom or personalised products

📩 How to Request a Return

Please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos if item is damaged

  • Reason for return

We’ll respond within 2 working days with next steps.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
